We would like to introduce V-Maxx suspension, they are new sponsors supporting SEATCupra.net.

V-Maxx is brought to you by a team with many years of experience in the sports suspension market. Dutch manufactured V-Maxx is sold in 35 countries, and over the last couple of years has taken the USA by storm.

Take a look at their range of products...they offer coilover kits, spring and suspension kits for many SEAT models. With the continued aim to expand the range of products they offer.

Just checked out the site and they seem very price competitive.

Anyone with any feed back on their products and service, as I am in the market for some new coilovers.

I'm thinking of giving them a whirl on the Ibiza since the standard kit is so bad....

at least they're european made though... better than some of the far eastern stuff I've seen recently

Good point, any idea about materials used i.e. are the piston housings stainless steel?

I think I will give them a bell and ask few questions.

Am interested in the kit but been told not to put coilovers on as the ride wud be s**t!! the cupra DSG needs slamming it comes out the factory looking like a 4x4!! I was told try and get springs instead but i can only find 30mm springs. that gap is like 70mm!!! any advice?

Coilovers always tend to be a little stiffer then springs and shocks but if you still to a good quality kit you'll be fine.

As mentioned the V-Maxx aren't too stiff compared to some coilovers so ideal for everyday road use.

Personally I'd stay well away from V-MAXX. I have the coilovers on my Cordoba which has done probably 2000 miles in the last year since the V-MAXX kit was fitted. I took a wheel off the other day to see the springs are corroding badly in places. Not good for such an important part of a car.
