itbs on 1.8t?

have seen a manifold for sale with itbs with 35 mm valves and alu box

does this give any gains?or better take a largeport uprated intake manifold like 007,or dahlback or something?

planning on running 28rs or ihi on ajq block with aeb head

ITB's are for N/A cars for FI cars. you 'can' have ITB's for a FI car but there are no real gains. the best thing to do it buy a larger TB to allow more air to enter the plenum chamber.

INA manifold with 70mm throttle body would be the best way for gains, available from badger5 or INA.
