recently just bought my arosa as follows,

Was a bit worried you would turn out to be a bit of a chav when you said you had video'd it revving - but I am pleased to see it was toasty warm first, and you didn't go too mad

haha thanks mate, nah i hate chavs ,
always warm it up before i even think about revving it,
and only 5k+ when moving in 2nd or 3rd ,

You'll need to

a) Sign up for a photo hosting account somewhere like www.photobucket.com (there are others but they are the easiest and they give you the codes you need).
b) Upload your piccies (reduced size down to around 800x600/600x450 for forums)
c) Copy the codes and paste them in your post :)
