Sounds to me like your map is asking for loads of boost, add that to the fact you dont really have a tried and tested FMIC and standard downpipe and cat and your gonna get some problems.

sorry mate but i ran this fmic for over a year as did turboboy so i would call that tested never once did we have any probs and as for the downpipe turboboy ran the same set up as me but with a standard downpipe where as i had a miltek and we both made the same power and torque from jabba.

Intake temps are 33oC on the laguna IC with 26oC outside, i dont think thats bad at all, running 220bhp.
