what you need is:
ARB cupra-r type, you can also get the ARB from vw golf mk4 R32, R32 is an uprate over the cupra-r. the R32 is what i got on my car now.
cupra-r drop links.
cupra-r hubs with nut type driveshafts, it has to be this "nut type driveshafts". i think most 210bhp LCR have this type hub.
lcr wishbones.
and you need to have the mounting hole for lcr droplinks on your shocks, i had coilovers, most coilovers have the mounting hole, my Eibach Pro-Street-S coilovers did, no problems for me, but you have to make sure you have this hole/mounting braket on the shocks.
also to fit the ARB you need to take the subframe down.
dont need new trackrod ends, you can buy LCR trackrod ends if you want to, but you dont need to do it, you can switch the ones you have on your car, left to right and right to left.
