So fitted my forge spacer today, Paid £25 for it brand new from forge!! found a nice little sight for it.

And after a fiddly 5 mins it was working hahaha first mod is now done. ill upload sme pictures in an hour or so.

next job is to get my grille painted.

and on another front, the sidelights i ordered didnt work they went on one minute and the next turn off?

Couldnt work it out, so thought cant be asked with the cheap ones, so will buy some decent ones.

Also does anyone know if they do a strut brace for the mk2 leon?

and i can get a p-flow intake kit for 150 quid?
what are peoples views on these?

Thanks

Hi on the sidelights going off, are they LED ones? If so they wont work because the lights are CAN-bus controlled, LED's dont draw any power compared to normal sidelight bulbs, therefore the computer cuts the power as it thinks the bulb has blown. Id imagine there's led bulbs with resistors built in which you can buy don't know, but do know that normal leds probably wont work!

More updates.

Won a Green cotton panel filter, fitted it last night as soon as it arrived.

Verdict - unsure, not much noise change, hasnt felt any more responsive, was looking at D.I.Y intake boxes, Drilling etc.

but either wait for next week, purchase a p-flo kit. or just save up and get the twintake or ITG as they ment to be loud. Plus i want darth vader in my glovebox. :starwars:

Anyway after the car being Filthy dirty i gave it a treat today.

Cleaned and fueled.

Here some pics.

I know that's why I want the trial just to see how much it changes the car until I can afford the map next month or so

Well i see what you guys mean, Darth Vader now lives inside my glovebox.

The intake has changed the car so much it now sounds so evil and the turbo spools harder and louder.

Money well spent.

some pictures and videos.

next on the list is some NGK colder plugs. and a service.

yeah the price is great on them too compared to the ITG and Forge version.

it makes such a noise inside the cabin its unreal. really sounds like a big turbo supra inside its amazing.

Also after a remap apparently it gets even louder.

the bottom two pictures are actually videos.
