Its a lovely colour in the sun!

Did you fit or do you plan to fit a black grille?! Also, if you are planning on uprated intercoolers, have you considered the air flow inhibitation the plate causes?

It is really lovely in the sun, I have fitted it, and removed it again today due to not being happy with the finish as its all crinkled up and bubbled up due to my crap wrapping skills.

So will be re-doing that today.



Wasnt going to reveal this until GTi inters but hey.

After looking at some cheap, but beneficial mods I decided on this, A Rocker Cover paint job.

I think the bare engine itself looks brilliant, so i decided on a White cover.

Also Carbon wrapped the top of the Coils.

Rocker cover looks amazing, I am however a bit gutted seeing this as I have been planning on doing that to mine for a few months!

Congrats mate and I'm glad to know that once mine is done it will look sweeeeeeeet!

Yeah I been planning it for a while its easy to do as well took me half a day including gettin paint gettin rocker cover off and sanding down like Mad all the writing and bits off it so its all smooth then primer coats then base colour coats then lacquer coatsdid think of wet sanding then adding another layer of lacquer but thought hey it looks good as is so left it.

Oh and when pulling the cover off make try get the pipes off at the back as I undone mine gave it a pull and pop 3 of my rocker bolts jumped out the cover and into the head took me 20 mins to get them all out haha.

So inline with getting the leon ready for GTI inters, i changed thecam follower (needed it badly)

As you can se mine had warn down quite a lot, dont think this has ever been changed.

Then i put in my new OEM Floor mats:

And then gave the car a good clean wash and polish sealed etc, mini wash for GTI inters.

Also got my pig snout exhaust changed today as i started to really dislike the look of it, OEM Freshness:

So thats so far, Fitting my Decat Downpipe tomorrow. and Stage 2 on sunday whilst at GTI Inters.
