LCR - Some bad points

Can't say I've noticed about the glove box. If I was going to be REALLY picky I would say it could be bigger, but then I am a man, I don't use it anyway

If you've got a CD Changer in there - There is hardly any space... Just about get a can of diet coke in there - lol

The glove box does have a damper! Its a spring of flat steel on one side that stops it just falling open! Always quite liked it myself. Oh A3 glove box is damped exactly the same way! only its a bit bigger inside with a shelf! mmm shelf!!!!!
