they dont fit straight in no but for that type of money you can retrim your seats in sleek leather an have an fr badge stiched in! door cards retrims ect aswell prob a better option imo!

I saw an Ibiza for sale on ebay a while ago that had a full retrim in cream leather. looked a bit strange thou, like the leather had been taken off an old couch!!

Recently had a custom retrim done on my boat, for one colour leather, and different colour piping, with stitching. It worked out at about £70 per seat, and £130 for the rear bench seat and headrests.

Side cards on the boat are bigger than a car and they were £120 for a pair.

This was including the custom sculpting and moulding of the support foam and the design of the leather/piping.

Interior retrims really aren't as much as some people would think and I think they are a great way to personalise something! Perhaps look into it?

I got several quotes from "professional" interior companies and one of them wanted as much as £3k to do the work! Others were about the £1k mark.
I would highly recommend going down your local high street and asking at the fabric type shops, independent ones, that's the kind of place I got mine done. Only took 3 days including patterning and fitting!

Hope that helps,

Alex

Didn't someone on hear have a full leather re-trim on his beezer FR, was done at a place near ispwich had it all done like rash said, door cards, FR stitching, choice of leather type etc, this was a long while back now but it looked awesome. now trying to find worlds oldest thread to show you

Ps.. Also about the air bag thing, this guy took is to a place that does Aston interior repairs so they used the special stitching so everything worked safely, although i don't rate the side airbags, they f**king hurt too much LOL!!

O here is a funny thing, seat say on the website that the seat sport covers dont work with side airbags, yet they have a tag for side airbags on them :S

i remember the thread he had the piping done in the seats looked like a nice alfa interior. his name was oi_nutter2000 and if you look at his sig on his profile you can see the interior. not been on here in ages and his mods thread is gone along with interior pics

why not go for some sparco milanos or recaros.

I also loved the Audi TT seats that guy had in his mk6 polo a while back. need mods to get the rails to fit but look great when in.
