Has anyone found a good match LED sidelight bulbs to 6000k HID's?? Fitted my new HID's today from HIDS4U, they look rather pimp!!! but the LED sidelight bulbs i bought just let them down! Even though they claim to be pure white, they have a slight purple tinge to them, which doesn't look good next to the white of the HID's.

Does anyone have any good links to ebay or anywhere else selling some decent bulbs???

Looked on Autobulbsdirect.co.uk, as mentioned in one thread but there bulbs are out of stock!

The whitest led bulbs I`ve found are these: clicky They are still a little blue, maybe about 6000K - they look blue next to my 5000K hid`s anyway. I gave up on trying to find pure white led`s a while ago... they don`t exist!

Tip: get more than one pair of led bulbs... they have been known to blow!

Those are the same as mine, here they are next to my 6000k headlights.

The tip about getting more than one pair is true, this is my second pair the first pair I got last year didn't blow - they just got gradually more and more purple - but they where the cheapest ones i could find. I've had them in for 6 months now, no such problem this time.

Yeh the police could stop you though and do you not worth it then IMO. HIDs4u have their own on their website 2 different types one a little better than the others but cost more. Personally I am going to go for the cheaper ones on their site soon as heard they last alot longer than the cheapo ones. I don't see the point in paying out on average a fiver each time for bulbs just to look good if they blow all the time!?
