I am soon to be leaving the SEAT fold and entering the world of Japanese 4 wheel drive cars. I have a 58 plate Red Cupra K1 14,000 miles, factory black 18s, bluetooth, convenience pack 1, and seat armrest. I have been offered £15,250 is this a good price before i seal the deal?

Thanks

What did the whatcar website say about your Cupra's valuation? If it's on par, then it's all good.

Seems a little low, but then they're going to send it to auction

Just make sure the Subaru is as good as it should be, they're expensive when they go wrong (and even when they don't)

Woeful

The price you've been offered is woeful for a K1
Do some homework.

Private should get you £16.5k -17k

Respray her white and get £18k

Subaru:doh:

Realistically I think £15,250 is a fair price for trade.

Privately they are being advertised for £16.5k to £17k
These prices are obviously open to negotiation as a private seller.
You would like to think that you would achieve £16k for a cash sale.
So £750 down on that sounds about right for a traders offer.

Personally I wouldn't trade my K1 for a Scooby as my mate has a limited edition GB270 (I think that's what it's called) and I have driven it.
Wasn't overly impressed and felt a little erm....slow?
Saying that, I have driven a PPP 315 bhp Sti and that was quick but just didn't tick all my boxes. Felt underwhelmed driving it.

Good luck with whatever you choose anyway ;)

try the valuation on webuyanycar :) that way if you get close to the £15250 you can off load it and then haggle £1000ish of the scooby.

They offered me 13 ish which is nothing near what i need to clear my finance. The car im looking at getting is a subaru legacy outback 3.0 litre 246bhp petrol awd estate i need a bigger car that the main reason for getting rid of the cupra. So this makes sense bigger car still with the performance and the car is fully loaded autimatic leather interior 56 plate 17000 miles.
