Well iv fitted a new k03s turbo to my leon all went on sound apart from one the the oil lines needs a new gasket the oil line that goes from the sump to the bottom of the turbo i need the gasket for the turbo side can any one give me on help were to get one of these from cheers

just replaced my turbo with a ko3s myself,, I made sure I had every part I could possibly need tho pal, even new exhaust manifold gasket, job done,, no going back for leaks

I bought mine from vw, all new gaskets and sealing rings, also got a brand new garret ko3s,, when I opened the box they had supplied every part needed to fit,,

so iv got a spare set of gaskets, if your local to warrington I would gladly give them to you

Turbo is all fixed it had the wrong washer on the oil feed from oil pump to top of the turbo as for these kind off parts that bulls eye gsf and other part supliers dont stock these in jbs do stock them and will sell the gaskets on ther own big thanks to them

Yer manifold was easy to take off lucky i didnt have to take dp off aswell but im sure its still got a tiney leak from oil feed even though its had a new gasket and gasket seal on is ther only 2 oil line and 2 water?

I wouldn't of used gasket sealer mate,, it can get stuck in the lines and restrict oil flow,, premature turbo failure,,

take the banjo bolt to a hydraulic suppliers and see if they have any dowty seals to fit the bolt,, there a kinda brass ring with a rubber seal around the inside edge,, there perfect for high pressure sealing,, I use them all the time in work,,

Will the seals not crush with the rubber seal?
And as for the gasket seal it was only a reali small amount thanks for the ansers ill have another go at this tonight :)

no mate they don't crush,, I use them on high pressure hose's and hydraulic fittings all the time,, they never leak and can stand huge amounts of pressure,,,,

I know this is highly unlikely but I have seen this before,, where the oil feed line as sprunk a tiny pin hole on the weld with the eye end,,

all I can recommend is with out taking the oil feed pipe off, ( NIGHTMARE JOB ) make sure you have clean surface's when re-fitting new seals and you don't need to tighten it dog tight,, just nip it up and then a little tighten,,,,

was it a new, recon or 2nd turbo you fitted??

let us know how you get on with pal

Diamitter is 12 mate and all sorted now just baught some new copper washers and sorted it straight away :) thanks lads
