leon rear badge

i have just baught a new leon rear badge like on the cupra r's (the bigger one) i was just wondering what hight it is from the bottom of the boot.

thats spot on mate thank you, just got to get the old ones off now.

Use a bit of cotton, dental floss or fine fishing line, slide it behind and use a sawing action to cut through foam sticky pad, then clean of residue. Safest way really, if you try to lever them you could slip a scratch paint!

my brother has got a heat gun, so is it best to heat it up first then use the dental floss or not

Not sure to be honest, too much heat may be bad on paint? When i replace the R badge I just use cotton and take it real slow and careful!

I'm half think of adding the bigger letters. So that's the height.
what's the distance between the letters and where best is the center from the center of the seat boot badge down?

Hairdryer is your best bet - melts the glue, not your paint!

the spacing is already done on the badge so you have just got to find the centre and the height. Its not that expensive either was supposed to pay £5.85 but i went down to pick it up and the bloke had lost it so i got it sent to home for free and he said i could have it aswell so i thought that was ok.
