The gf brother inlaw works in a garage and I get my parts off his at cost price, he just gives me the invoice to pay. I think it is from VW.

Duty cycle looks like the turbo has a little more left in it. I think your intake could be changed for a nice Jetex open cone filter which should put an extra 10g/sec on your maff reading.

Willy - I've got a green panel filter at the mo and I'm gona smooth the air box after my hols so that might help a little. I'm also gona get a forge TIP when I get back from hols which should defo help :)

Now have a Forge TIP and smoothed airbox fitted and done some more logs today. Only improvment looks like it has smoothed out the MAF readings.

Might have to try a large open cone filter now.

I'd say your MAF is under-reading by 10%. I think its fueling slight leaner than it's being asked to (which would tie in). Everything else is fine - and it's a mild map. I'd like to bet it would go a bot better with a good MAF....

How did you do those logs? Just accelerating up through a gear for a few seconds? I need to log mine soon as I haven't done it with this car..

I actualy done them in 3rd mate as 4th in a 5 speed car will leave you at silly speeds. £rd gear at red line is circa 90 mph so 4th will be 100+. Dave (DPJ) actualy done mine for me.
