loss of power after remap

hi folks got my car remapped by star performance last week, car was excellent when it came back he changed the induction kit, maf meter, spark plugs, and n75f valve, went really well last week but past couple of nights ive been out in it i feel i havn't the same power as last week it kinda comes and goes usually happens in 3rd 4th and 5th round about the 4-5k rev mark feels very flat anybody any ideas what it could be cheers lads

what do you mean he changed the maf an n75? why did he do that?

not got a clue mate why he changed both he said he had to im thinking it could be the ecu getting it cheked 2morrow to see if there is any error codes

did he charge you for them?

id be surprised if its the ecu, but there might be a fault code, leak...maf failure...n75 failure...could be anything...vagcom it

was back out the night im still runing standard dump valve he is sending me a 007 in the post could that be something to do with it

I had a similar problem last year, would loose power every so often in 4th or 5th, Turned out a coilpack was slowly on its way out. Was producing a weak spark under load.

that must have been an expensive remap to alos replace all those bits aswell!!

aye was more than i had planned for think ive found the problem vacum pipe is fuc*** getting new hoses tommorow so hopefully that will be it

Just for your info

The car had a N75 revision E we changed to an F.
The car had a coolant switch fault we replaced it with a green switch.
The car developed a misfire on coilpack no2 replaced with a new unit.
Due to the hoilday weekend our supply from Forge for dv valves was held up.
All old parts shown to the custom.
