Hi there i have a seat ibiza and it limits out at 3000 rpm i changed the camshaft sensor and the coolant temp sensor and it made no difference i then checked the timing and it was spot on has anyone had this problem before?

Sounds like its going into limp mode. I'm sure an inability to pass 3000rpm is a sign?
Maybe someone can confirm this, Its best to plug it into vagcom and find out what's causing this!

Troubleshooting is preety hard when its just an ibiza

Year, Spec etc would help
