Low coolant/high temperature light flashing Ibiza TDI

Ive got the same problem with my car. It happens whenever i drive the bloody car!!! Ive had it plugged into VAG com and had no fault codes and have changed the temp sensor above the gearbox but still fails all the time!!

I have a seat ibiza 130pd with no connector on the bottle!!! Little annoyed with it! There must be something someone can do to stop this spurious fault!!!

that's exactly what i got! i can't believe there is no straight forward solution for this!

and now when the weather is gettin warmer, the light comes on even quicker!!! :-//
