does this kick in around 1.9k-2k when the turbo kicks, and get louder the harder you accelerate? if so mines going in the garage today with a similar problem so Ill keep you posted on what they say the problem is

Better get mine in too then.

no no no i realised afterwards it sounded a bit retarded! its not the turbo spooling its as ive been driving me mothers vrs and have driven mine prior to it doing this and its sounds nowt like that. theres air escaping somewhere and its down on power.....am not THAT stupid
