Lpg conversion LCR?

I'm thinking of having an lpg conversion done to my lcr. I do quite a few miles so it'd be to save money. The lpg kit should pay for itself in 18 months. I've asked for hidden filler cap behind the number plate and waiting for them to get back with a price. Has anyone had any experience or done it to their cupra? Thanks.

There are a number of threads on this subject.

No problems with the conversion, but the problem seems to lie with the remapping to suit. Few lpg converters have the skill. The risk is the car runs very lean under power, leading to damage.

I've got an LPG conversion on my LCR. I've had it done nearly a year now and nearly made my money back too. Within this time the car has been through 2 services with no related issues. Mine has a BRC kit fitted, http://www.brc.it/default.aspx?lang=en. Though there are loads of people who make kits.
