Yup, I feel pretty lucky to be able to have lots of fun cars.

I just wish I had time to actually drive them

I took it to the welding place ;) just to quote obviously... I love my little mazda (and the decatted straight thru exhaust)

It would have been less if I'd have been a member of a club -£6 and if I'd gone direct to the insurer rather than the broker I used another £10 less (but it saves the hassle)

Oh, and new suspension (and camber) = sidewaysness

m0rk, I assume that's on a classic policy? How do they sit with mods? I'm considering doing something similar in the not-too-distant future :)

Oh, and Mariner Blue is a fantastic colour on these!

Cheers,
Anthony

Yeah, classic policy (basically you 'must' have another car to qualify)

Mods seem OK, excess is reasonable (not that I intend to claim ever)

I raised the suspension today as it was riding the bump stops which is an MOT fail

Also removed a number plate light that wouldn't work (so rather than fix it, remove it!)

Marina looks ace when it's clean, currently mine looks dull because it needs a really nice wash & wax which it can have post MOT.

And it's away for MOT at the moment. I dropped it into a garage on Friday when I got home from Scotland, with an arrangement that it goes to my welder 'when' it fails on the holey sill.

Otherwise It's riding like a 4x4, and amusingly the VLSD has gone goopy while it's been sat - and now just locks up :) every junction I pulled out from was completed with a dab of oppo :)

Good thread and car, just got a 323 to return to the road and then i'll sell that on and go for an MX5 like yours.

The engine's seem bullet proof but i have some sill corosion to sort like you.
