Ah traditional retrofitter methods. It's only those that don't satisfy the initial conditions of the thread, if you have X you can do Y. If you have Z you can do ZZ which is opening it up...

hello i have arona 2022 H57 with the update R8410L(0841) before i update the mib i have make a factory reset and the wifi goes off
now i have no wifi and no wireless car play

I see in the original post it says enable the developers menu with SFD2 my understanding is you won't be able to do that as it's rolled out so the original post is dependant on those units of that time period. On the question it's probably going to be on the long string. Possibly not factory resetting the unit prior to a firmware unit update. You'd need to have a copy of the long string before and examine what you have now paying attention to which parts of the long string steer those functions.

The software updates are suppose to be done over the air or by dealers. Those DIY ones you might be on your own if the community hasn't documented it.

Anyhow it feels like the long string got changed in the factory reset which you need to get back, failing that it's an incompatibility in the firmware update.

Bonjour, j'ai beau lire et relire le fil je n'arrive à rien pour avoir le CarPlay sans fil. J'ai une Ibiza de 2021 avec le mib3 à priori le H56 avec le logiciel 804, navigation 21.9 codec médias 3.1.4 et banque de données radio 1.30.24 quand j'ai acheté la voiture on m'avait dit que le CarPlay était sans fil et finalement ce n'est possible selon siège alors qu'à force de chercher j'ai l'impression que oui. J'ai essayé de faire des mises à jour par Bluetooth ça ne fonctionne pas, par le wifi du téléphone non plus et avec le wifi de chez pareil. Quelle est la solution ? Merci

Post 1 is the key post. Does need Obdeleven Pro or VCDS coding but as said the "would" is "could" or "may be enabled". Has to be H56 or H57. The thread is about enabling the wireless connection. If you are not licenced for Android Auto or Car Play it won't give you that only extending it to wireless as well. You need that first (Android Auto or Car Play and H56/H57). You need the recoding as per the top post and the conversation following.

These are what I call "suppressed menus". It is a way of delivering functionality already built in but turned off. However if a software update comes along later it may have taken out this ability. Point made in subsequent posts.

Merci de la réponse ,si je comprends bien ( à cause du traducteur) il est possible de l’avoir a condition d’avoir un H56/H57 et avoir déjà le CarPlay filaire et le faire avec codage obdeleven.

Indeed but it is experimental. If you have Obdeleven Pro then it doesn't cost anything other than that you could make an outlay and it may still not work.

Could be the one where @East Yorkshire Retrofits said carefull with this. It may not always work. Vag closing down things which were free. I seem to recall it was a curiosity of early Seat / Cupras. Where they say it's now a SWaP/Fecs code.

i think it's not a swap , as some guys already activated , but there is one clue i am missing , Note: i don't have NaV
