Ye but il have to pop em out to do it so gunna wait till i do grill mod and fmic

Unlike the Cupra the grill round the fog just pulls off on these.
And you can remove fog light with two screws. No need for bumper removal etc.

Cool. You just take hold of the grill and pull. Comes out cleanly.

Those 300 mill catch cans are useless, far too small. I can see where yours like mine has been filled completely to the top.
Was only about a third full of condensation and aload of creamy oil that had stuck to the baffle. Doing its job really...

Depends how you have it set up. With a return to the inlet manifold and the TIP you can actually end up with a pretty much self-maintaining system, but that's too close to the stock setup for most people :headhurt:

I have stopped returning to the TIP (blocked off) and now just dump from the catch can into a bottle and empty that. Although I have virtually no oily deposit in mine it is however almost all condensation and fills up in less than a week, when it reaches the bottom of the baffle there is enough suction to start sucking it back into the TIP (self defeating) at which time its pointless having the catch can.
Hence my comment about it being too small , unless you are emptying it very very regularly.

If you're venting it to atmosphere then no wonder it's filling with condensed ****. As I've started, connected to TIP and Mani give you a self sustaining system, one which you will rarely, if ever, need to empty (regardless of being a small can) and one which won't vlog up with mayo either.

Mine returns to the tip. Had it on for about 2 months. There was literally nothing on the outlet pipe to the tip so its definitely working. Regarding the condensation ive probably got a small air leak somewhere. Need to change a few more pipes yet...

Better make sure you have the best rubber on the fronts, you are going to need it.
