Ibiza runs a KO3 turbo and the leon runs a KO3s

You will read on here that a lot of the MK3 guys have changed the KO3 for the KO3s

And are getting into the 200bhp mark

thought it would be sumet simple. i assume all the internals are exactly the same then. is it just a simple case of bolting the other turbo on then away ya go?
also whats the need for the six speed box is it essential?

Thought the leon six speeder's casing hits the chassis leg, or least thats what I was Informed when sombody enquired to having one fitted....

Yup, would need some pretty severe cutting of the chassis leg really.

Started at last !!

today i began the destruction of the 16v !!

after having a few probs mid week with somewhere to do it my old boss has let me use his workshop for the next week to get the conversion done, and clean his boats if i get a chance

thought i'd start with the engine first and set about removing it this afternoon, it's now sat on the deck and hopefully tomorrow me and Martin will manage to strip everything else out ready to begin fitting the 20vt parts on monday
