so with the new one not having a re map yet you only have 6 bhp more at the mo

Yeah only 156bhp :(

I've decided to do everything i need to do (FMIC, DP and cat etc...) before getting it re-mapped, that way I would guess the map will be more efficient.

Ben always said the ABF engines used to come out of the factory with more than 150bhp anyway. He knew of a cordy that had a filter and catback with 161bhp.

I would like to of got mine RR'd before it came out but i just didn't have the time.

That would be me:)

I stuck it on a mobile RR as Tris & h-man where convinced I was bluffing and it actually had more power (I showed them up at Brands:cartman: )

Sods law it was 1bhp more than my conservative estimate[B)]

Yeah bens does fly!

I went out to pick some stuff up tonight, taking mine for it's first proper drive and it goes okay! It was struggling with traction on the damp roads but picks up pretty quickly considering it's nearly standard. Should be good fun when it's mapped.

Yes mate. The company i was working for went into administration yesterday after my boss decided to do something silly at the weekend.

I've got a shed fill of bits to sell to keep me busy for abit.

Ben and myself put the new fuel tank in yesterday, so now the fuel gauge works the correct way!:) Just finished off a few little bits this morning. Hopefully going to give the engine bay a bit of a clean this afternoon!

No, we had a few problems, then when i pulled up on my drive the car stank of fuel! Got it sorted this morning and finished putting trims in today too.

It started raining so the engine cleaning can wait until another day!

The gearbox oil needs changing, new rear brakes, 5.1 brake fluid, a new tyre as one's got a puncture....and a bloody good clean!!!! Apart from that i think it's ready to go!
