best way to fill those panel joins is to 'lead fill' them as the lead has more 'flex' in it than either filler or proper weld

dont think this gap will flex tbh! is in a very structural place weld and filler will be more than enough imo maybe on a join in the sill or in a door shut but on the rear pannel im sure (hope ) it will be ok

I think andy's seen as many as I have where there's a nice crack there when people filler them.....

filler yes as it doesnt flex AT ALL but fill it with weld and a skim of filler over the top to get it the right shape and it will be alright

affraid not chap been sitting in the garage all week and weekend as i went to blackpool on the with 10 mates so golf didnt get touched also my mate who is helping me out his old man died so dont think the golf is on his mind
