nope sprayer asnt ready last weekend but ive been winging my head off to my mate at work so hes agreed he will come round with anouther mate to get it finished so should have the bodywork and arches DONE! also will have pics of wheels on as my tyres have shown up yesterday stretchy baby

im moving out in late january so the car HAS to be built up and running by the end of january! think for the time being i will be just ripping interior out and cleaning from floor to roof and then do the seats when im moved in ect!

hopefully will have some pics as this thread has got BORING! wheels are only 16inch just 9J wide front and back will look awesome trust me

yep turned up yesterday will do that before weekend (friday) so can get the wheels on the car and pull the arches accordingly

well after a long day have got some work done on the golf! the weather held out and wasnt toooooo cold

had the tyres (toyo proxes4 put on yesterday for £30 BARGAIN! as had special bike valves and special tool to get the tyres pumped up as i wanted a bit of stretch!

so the first thing this morning was to get the wheels on to see how much arch pulling was needed and just couldnt genrally wait to see what they looked like!

as the stretch on the tyres gives the arches better clearance they were only needed to be pulled a couple of inches!!

here is the ledgendary tool that pulls the arches out!

the arches were pulled out 2 ish inches all around so their is nice clearance! they were also rolled so the lip wouldnt reck the rubber.

then we hit the bodywork cleaning up all the repairs and genrally getting it ready for primer! looks amazing really see it coming together!

this is the tool being used toput the tyres on 150psi of air in a drum blown into the tyre in a shot!!!!!
