Ha still havent done this! Went out to start cleaning them once and there was so much crap on there! Was going at it with a wire brush but with not much joy! Dont know how im going to get them in a good state to begin with. Would be be a better job if i took them off, but thats a bit of a faf!

I know what you mean, I need to get around to doing mine as well but I haven't much time these days as I'm too busy finding excuses to put it off lol

Got it for £80 including the 90deg silicone bend and the extension pipework for the breather pipe and a bit of oil for the filter. Bargin!
Oh My God, What a difference! A lower tone from the engine overal and when you hit about 2000-3000 under full load it starts to growl. A bit like a scooby. At this point my exhaust starts to open up to (due to the decat) let me just say i've been driving round with a massive grin on my face. Just want to go out driving more.
In terms of performance i do feel like its a bit quicker in the higher revs, throttle response feels a bit better. But obv not massive.
Recommend to anyone! Will get pics up when i clean her and get my phone back from repair!
Getting a new bush for the dog bone mount too as thats supposdly worn a bit. So will let you know how that goes on

**** me that is cheap, how comes such a good price? Second hand or ebay deal or something? Get me one as well if you can lol or tell me where I can get one

Will run a cold air feed down the side of the battery to the front corner. Where foglights are on higher models. I've cut slots in the blanking plate dont know if you can see them properly in the pic below but you get an idea!
Not sure what to do engine cover wise. Dont think i have any option but to leave it off really. Apart from hacking at the other one but they're a couple of hundred quid new. So would like to keep it incase i put it back on!
