your fuel pump most like is failing mate , no point fitting s3 injectors unless you going k03 hybrid or k04 set up , beeza cupra are prone to failing anyway , get lcr fuel pump

awryt well lookin at a walbro 255 pump which is designed for teh LCR. its in tank so will probs be buying that to. Will get injectors aswell it wont hurt the car.

I'm looking at getting the 80mm maf also. I hear i would have to keep my filiment :s can some1 explain please or point me to a thread which explains ta.

Print outs of the stage 2 map. As you can see from one graph the injectors ar maxing out at 500 RPM.

Hi mate, Aye it use to be in kirkaldy on d90's got a FSH and was clean so i jumped at it. now just making it better. had the rear arches sprayed and rolled the rust has been totally removed. LCR splitter on it now aswell really finishes it off

just want to get my wheels powder coated Anthrasite and get the brembo's or wilwoods on the front then i'm finished on the look. maybe a light smoke on the windows also.

I thought I knew the car lol. The lad that owned it was a detailer I think so it was always clean. It used to have pressed plates as well which looked cool. Last time I saw it it was up for sale at a bargain price. My mate was going to buy it lol.

woop woop. full set of brand new bosch 386cc (BAM) injectors for £89. will be here in the next week. next on the list is the walbro 255 fuel pump upgrade for the LCR. It should fit no problem.

air+fuel= more power , increasing the size of the injectors won't make more power if the turbo can't flow any more air , its a good basis for k03s hybrid or k04 but on stock turbo its really overkill mate and in regards to 3" maf housing again your car won't benefit from with stock turbo

Ah i get ya mate. I understand how the engine works. I was mixed up with how the injectors flow the fuel. i thought it didn't really matter on the size as the car would only demand how much it needs. However the injectors work via a percentage increase yes? so half throttle means they will flow at half there cc.

Ah coool cheers claire. I've responded to your PM . umm think i just need to get my fuel pump as i think mine is what is causing the problem with my injectors.

Yeah i thought this as well. as you can see from the graphs i put up. they are maxing at 5300rpm. i think this is due to the fuel pump not flowing 100%. so new fuel pump then hopefully can turn the map up a lil. my map is currently set at timing:3 so there alot more potential to unleash.

Mine is set at timing 9 and 7.25 degrees added on top with lemmiwinks. Nice car by the way

It does look nice there .i'm not the biggest fan of the D90's think i'm gonna get the standard alloys powdercoated or get a set of Rota Torques.

What you don't see on that pic is the rear arches were begining to bubble. I've had that sorted and the arches rolled slightly so there is no more scrubbing. also put on a new LCR splitter that one had been ripped off before i bought it.

thats inline fuel pump you want a intake fuel pump , cause i think from your loggs you fuel pump is failing, ideal one from mk1 s3 or lcr

if you read the item description bud its an intank fuel pump. if its not when i recieve it it will be going straight back

right i have got the fuel pump. it is deinatley an intank pump but it doesn't fit lol. I thought as its for an LCR it would fit into the housing fine as the ibiza housing the same as the lcr? Am i right in saying this?

ok LCR pump on its way. the walbro was sent back as the physical dimensions on it were just to small so would o been to much hassel to fit. fitted my new post cat lambda sensor as my old one was tottally goosed and was causing my car to jump in and out of limp mode.

Got bord on fleebay and purchased a couple of stickers. Will post pics soon.
