hi,
heres my story...
On Wednesday I ordered a set of inovit cts rims and tyres from potn, i paid £525 inc delivery.I was promised they would be here on Friday but come 5o clock nothing. So i phoned and was told they would be with me on Mon (today) By 5pm. I have just phoned them now as they have not arrived and i was told they are lost in transit!!! I asked for my money back in full but they said they could not do that until they locate the wheels!
what can i do? im 525 quid down and still no alloys!
cheers

Whilst it might be a pain not getting the wheels, you have to give the shop some time to rectify things, which will involve tracking the wheels via the courier. If that fails and you paid by credit card contact your credit card who will be able to take up the case on your behalf. Good luck.

I Paid with a normal Card, but hopefully they can sort it.They were the last ones off the production line!

with products like that there should be some kind of tracking number, either from potn.com or the courier

if not then kick up a fuss, i did with the post office when i sent an amp and sub to a guy, and it took 4 weeks, was meant to be "next day" delivery

I'm pretty sure POTN will do everything they can to track them for you, they aren't out to rob you. Give them some time to sort it out and i'm sure you will get the wheels or if not your money back.

Dirty man!!

Give the shop a bit of time, courriers can be a bloody nightmare to deal with and from my experience.. are probably blagging! (The courrier.. not the shop..)

Worst comes to worst we have a Ibiza MK2 meet near the said courrier but include blunt objects with "where are Jakes wheels useless scum...?"

Like everyone says it should be tracked, but for anyone who is thinking about shopping at POTN, I personally would advise otherwise, they screwed up my exhaust and couldn't even admit they sent the wrong part, only a refund, was sent back last week...still waiting for the money, highly disapprove of them.
