Reuvers its the caliper carriers that need milling down not the calipers themselvs.

No no no no!, you dont need to touch that part of the caliper, its the carrier that needs it

ok it was back to Paint program, so could you tell me which of the 2 pics it is now...

ok thanx for that...I saved your pic and rotated it so that the disc was in place like it would be on the car, then held the carrier infront of me as I would mount it, coming to the conclusion that my top (first)picture of post 724 is where i get them milled...?

Little update, Alternator is back all brand new looking, The rectifier was shot.

Whipped off the Strutbrace to add a mounting plate for the coilpack

Whole thing was going rusty in places so I'm awaiting it to be sent off for powdercoating somtime soon

Fabricate the brakecooling ducts/shrouds (big'ish job), new discs & pads, fit the balljoint extenders & and an oil change
