the intake temp is very high (55 celsius, on K03S), can someone help me understand why?

the intercooler is visble, and have alot of air.
as you can see

There's a problem somewhere as the actual boost is all over the place compared to requested.

Duty cycle is all over the place too..

Have you got a log of block 118?
