Damn, seems that everyone is doing a 1.8t swap or charging their mk2. I wish I had the time and garage equipment to do the conversion. And maybe Roly as my flat mate to help me with the whole thing Sure will make for a good reading and hope to see everyone's cars at the mk2 fest in the summer (GTI Inters)

Reason im doing the swap is simply because there is more scope for tunning the 20vt. Throttle bodies for the ABF are ridiculously expensive with little gains.

Ive decided to go for the k03s rather than the k04. The ko4 is abit out of my price range unfortunatley, But the ko3s is still capable of awsome power.

all about supercharging, rarer than a turbod ibiza (soon will be anyway)

good luck though mate, btw i got an IC to fit on my front panel, an the evo ones are smaller i think, so you shouldnt have any problems

well nando managed to get a medium one in, and that is actually too big for my application, but better to be safe than sorry at the end of the day

just a bit of front panel trimming will be needed possibly? and it's flimsy metal anyway (in parts)
