its the EGR Cooler Pipe, around £300 new from Seat, just missed one going on PartsGateway for £50 
gutted too it to a garage i know and he welded up the massive hole to a tiny pin sized hole so its got the boost back and no massive hissssssssssssss
Also UPS man was nice again today so the car has another addition -

also quick question why doesnt the intake pipe from the intercooler from a TDi Cupra PD160 fit the PD130? i've been looking at the forge intake pipe from the intercooler to the inlet manifold etc but everywhere i see it, it always says 'does not fit other models except the Cupra TDi 160bhp'

I know forge make one, that's the one I want but it says in the description that it only fits the PD160 tdi not any others??

I know this is a bit further on, and you've already bought your air filter, but I think its either awsome gti or jabbasport have developed a cone filter that actually fits inside the standard pd130 airbox, which will stop you sucking in so much warm air from the engine bay.
The pipe you need is it like the one in the picture?

Well that's the whole egr system which I had removed, do you have a part number and I can check it to the pipe work I have

in desperate need now as the entire cooler has split in two
trying to see if i can possibly get it done under warrenty, but if i can find the part ill buy it (dependng on the price)as for the past 2 weeks the ibiza has been parked up in my garage
no turbo/boost & basically sounds like a tractor amplified also spraying then engine bay with exhaust gases so keeping it off the road until i can get the EGR cooler pipe. REALLY DESPERATE!! they are on back order from seat too besides that the car is fine, just sorting out the gauge install that i have, changing it from the DIN setup atm (as i cant read the gauges) to the air vents as i think it looks smart
I'm just Gunna get a dash mounted pod and come up from the drivers dash venting and mount it ontop of there
