feredo pads - ds2500 are track pads...ok for normal road use or do they need to heat up before they actually work like proper racing brakes?

people use them all the time, they are perfectly fine

Nice progress mate, cant help but ask where people get these figures of 210-215bhp with just a standard pd150 turbo. To get them figures you'll need a Stage 2 pd150 hybrid.

those are the quoted figures provided by the tuners (namely sh ark, and revo, both have print outs), lets be realistic tho, your not going to achieve anything more than 200bhp reliably

Yeah hybrid's good to 240bhp but its the injectors what will be limiting you as they max out around 220-230.

Never heard of a standard 150 getting over 200 but like you say they provide sillly figures

Well just ordered the new front brakes via work drilled & grooved discs and new pads. Was going to get brembo however the pads are on worldwide recall as they scream there tits off!!

Anyone else got the problem with the exterior rear light cluster - as I have a bulb in it but no light when the sidelights or normal lights are turned on??

Marksy there's a way to eliminate the egr cooler issue
