MY New Exhaust

Went down www.mijperformance.com today to have my exhaust done, Been happy with them as they have done all 3 cars now and they look after you. Took 1.5hrs to put on after choosing tailpipe and diccussing design, its just what i wanted. SOunds nice at idle nice and burbly then opens up on heavy throttle and nice and normal at everday speeds.

Decided on a large oval the lip will blacken up with carbon and striaght through design till the back box have to admit the lcr does seem more eager now

THeve moved premises now to just up the road but yeah its just by the hospital.

Looks cracking paul, out of interest do u have ure old one? i work in brum and quite fancy seeing how hard it would be to make an lcr one fit my lc - plus would e good to have a birmingham central meet!

well chris if you give them a bell asap im sure they have it lying around the dustbin there just tell them i said you could have it. lol

Yes its a cat back system straight through to the rear box it not loud just nice and burbly bit like a quiet scooby :S When driving normal you wouldnt really notice its there untill at idle then it burbles away give it some stick and it comes alive but not " oooo look at me " sound just like a std porsche 911 lol I have to admit tho i dont think theres any power increase that felt but it certainly more eager to rev and picks up a lot quicker

Is it totally custom then? Did they have a pattern to work to already, or did they copy your old one?

Totally custom the old system came off and was carted away lol THey seem to know there stuff never had a bad result in the 3 cars they have done for me he said the LCR design is quite simple compared to the s2k i took them a while back where it took them a good 5hrs to do lol
