My Seat Exeo progress thread........ the ongoing story!

Hi guys,

Thought I'd just introduce myself

Picking up my Exeo from the dealer by the end of this week

It's a brand-new (pre-registered) '59 plate, 2.0 TDi (143) Saloon in Urano Grey

Will get some pics up as soon as I can!

Was too good an offer to refuse

Especially considering the part-ex value I was offered on the Altea, and the other benefits over the Altea:

Longlife servicing (every 20k intead of evry 10k)
3-years Warranty (instead of none!)
No MOT for 3-years
Slightly better MPG due to it being CR instead of PD

I forgot to take the signed forms to work with me this morning, so I couldn't take them into the bank to get the cash! Dooh!

Will remember to take them with me tomorrow!

Insurance is all sorted, for an extra £4/month (with breakdown cover taken off the policy to!)

Getting excited now.....

Only problem is that the only chance I'm going to get to drive it on Friday is on the way home from work.... My wife is out all evening, so I've got to stay in and baby-sit, sorry I mean look after my daughter

Will be out and about in it at the weekend though..... hopefully the weather will be nice so I can get some good piccies to keep you lot happy

Only driven it 1mile back from the dealers to work, but I'm well chuffed

It's gone down very well with the lads at work to, which is always a good guide as to how 'good' a car is!

Forgot my camera in the rush to leave home this morning, so pics will have to wait until tonight/tomorrow I'm afraid!

Looking forward to seeing the pictures, I'm a closet Exeo fan, especially ones with 18'' wheels!
If I could fit one in my garage I think I'd have got one myself.
