The logs look ok bud. Do you have an SPS3? If you do...can you knock the timing back a notch and see if its any smoother? I know you're not getting 'much' timing pull but its definately worth a try!

I dont have a sps3, I think I could make it alot smoother by doing the adjustments, the yellow spring and service on the forge dv has helped.

have not been to bournmouth since I was about 18-19 years old, If I get chance might have to hold you to that matey.

Timing pull is block 020 mate. In an ideal world you want either 0's in those fields of if possible nothing over 3 (IMO).
N75 Duty can be shown in block 114 or 118, block 114 is probably more informative though.
