well finally some good news, got me car back today..... yey..... standard ecu power.... boo.... lol

but i can get it mapped on tuesday at rs tuning....yey, but i bet my girlfriend isnt happy as that is the day we were ment to go visit her aunties in chesterfield with the family for christmas......

It should only take half a day to gat your map sorted so just buy the girlfriend some flowers and smile at her

haha ive just been driving it steady so far havent been on boost...all 6psi of it lol,

yeh paul shouldnt take that long really as he has the file already saved on his computer so hope its just a quick flash of the ecu and get it roaded,

haha well her auntie is like on the way back from leeds so we still might have time pop in and say merry christmas....

Great news to hear its back on the road again too, did you speak to the garage about the fuel in your TIP and intercooler pipes at all?

they said that the fuel was there due to the ecu shorting out and making it ovefuel so it kept putting petrol in even when the car was off...... ?

i dont know really....

how would it keep putting petrol in if the car was off? if the ignition was off, the fuel pump would not be pumping....

the only logical explanation i can think of is when i towed my car from my gf's house i had the ignition on then.....?

FP might have primed, but unless the injectors were open (they weren't) no fuel would have passed
