I see some people complaining about the location of the 12v socket. I use this for my TomTom. Does this mean that the lead is likely to be in the way of gear changing? I take it the new Leon has the socket somewhere between the seats near the gear lever rather than at the front like I have at the moment?

I use a TDS-TR30 GPS camera device thing, the 12v socket is located between the gear stick and the seats, its not ideal but it is very easy to route a straight cable from here up to the centre of the windscreen with out it looking unsightly and it doesn't get in way of changing gear. Hope this helps.
