mass air flow meter, well its not too bad, lambda can be akward, but prob both around £40-80 new. If you were local would fit them for you
Yep thats another option, also try sparying carb cleaner around the hoses, if idle raises then you can tell you have a leak

i was looking around at reasons why this would happen and someone mentioned not having the petrol cap on properly and it wasnt lol, done it back up reset the dash light and car feels like its lost power will check the hoses tomorrow though.
