Hi everyone.

Had the cupra for bout 4 months now (its 2001) and have spent quite a bit on fixing things that have gone wrong. Now i have finally got the resources to start moding but ive come to realize something, Im a noob to this whole thing but i wana become a master.

So this is a plee for help EDUCATE ME! Id like some go faster mods, get rid of the standard alloys and other mods (dont go too crazy) that people would recommend. Will

They dont look like standard wheels, are you sure its a cupra??

pretty sure yeah, got the cupra badge but i guess that could have been added. Any other way of telling?

A 1.8 Turbo engine would be a good start mate, It may simply be that someone has swapped the alloys previously.
Half leather interior?

You have yourself a lookalike..

if its a 1.4 then sorry mate, its not a cupra.....

its just obviously got cupra badges and maybe other bits and bobs to make it look like one.

Looks like your best bet. Looks like a cupra front end from the pic. Maybe a set of cupra skirts and rims will have yourself a nice looker.

Best to lookout for people breaking an Ibiza, check out the forsale section on here for skirts.
Wheels come up quite often. Here and ebay I would suggest

are the door handles colour coded, and does your indicator stalk have a slider on it to view mpg and miles left in your tank on the centre consol screen,
does it feel like a 1.4? you would know, i certainly did when i went from a 1.4 16v to a standard 1.8t, felt quick as f**k, well, for about a week.......

Wiper stalk slider.......Colour coded doors handles.....

Simple question, does it have a 1.8 Turbo?


We seem to have a Cupra Styled 1.4, please dont confuse it with a Cupra!!
