Charge pipe has arrived!
So I had a little surprise in the post yesterday
Big thanks to Darren it looks mint!
Cant wait to get it on the car along with the mani that Sams doing.
One question for you guys, how do i remove the charge pipe? Is it just the 2 brackets I need to take off as well as the hoses for the N75 and DV. Anything else I need to know.
I would just go and do it, but i do like a bit of background before i go taking things apart. Knowing me it would all go tits up!
Also going to go with my mate Shaun to pick up his Cupra R tomorrow
should be good Ill be sure to put some more pics up after the weekend of the charge pipe fitted and of the cars together
One more thing to add, I got that fault reader the other week and its mint! No codes have come up yet which is good but I def think its a great bit of kit to have in the car just in case, and it saves me pestering Sam all the time for his fault reader.

I think it's 2 13mm nut's on the bracket's then the 2 big jubilee clips at either end and 2 single use clips on the 2 hoses at the top of the pipe, Give the 8mm pipe a good cheeck over for any crack's, they tend to split on the inside of the first bend, also dont but a jubilee clip on the 8mm pipe (it's quite soft and might rip the pipe) I used a cable tie on mine and it's been fine
Also the pipe going to the Turbo can stick to the old charge pipe and you might need to help it off with a flat blade screwdriver.

Fitted my polished charge pipe today after I got home from picking up my mates Cupra R
Couldnt wait any longer to fit it, it was just sat in the garage looking all pretty lol

Yeah so happy with it Tom, and when I took off the pipe that was on the car I was thinking how does he get it to look so good lol, must be a lot of time and hard work!
