how do you rate the T1R's compared to the Proxes4 ???
had Proxes4 and didn't rate them in the wet.....was thinking of going T1R's

Hi mate

the T1R's are a bit better in the wet, however, they still tend to dislike damp conditions and prefer the wetter, drenched tarmac...also the T1R's grip a little longer through bends at speed. This may be all to do with the remap though as putting your foot down in 1st or 2nd won't get you very far (although I do like freeing her up with TCS off )

on the contrary, the PX4's are slightly quieter over rough surfaces and on motorways at high speed.

not bad tyres at all, I would prefer the T1R's on the front and have PX4's on the rear which may be the case when my rears are shot either that or I'll give the Falken's a go on the fronts

EDIT: both are good on dry surface

my front bumper is currently undergoing a respray after being scuffed by a colleague at work as he reversed out...so good excuse to have slight customisation (nothing to drastic as couldn't really break his bank lol)

also fitting a non-res milltek cat-back round October/November time

there was me thinking it was all over...got the mod-bug again :S

Plus - Wales road trip piccies to come...unfortunately the other guys didn't take a camera so no moving shots of me

small updates...got the bumper done (even though the sprayer co#%ed up and only patched the scuff and done the centre lip rather than whole bumper) and tinted my rear light clusters including 3rd brake light, rear lower reflectors and side indicators. i'm chuffed at the look of the car now

You won't be disappointed with the RARB! Makes one hell of a difference on the Ibiza diesels! Especially on the stiffest setting!

October will be Milltek cat-back time as well so a nice year of changes for me

Such a great mod, one of the best to do to the Mk4 Beeza! What setting do you have it on? I started on medium but soon set it to the stiffest.

I set it straight to stiffest as most recommended, and tbh I won't b settin it any softer as doesn't affect ride comfort at all

NOTE: in the damp/wet the stiffest setting can be wild going around roundabouts, already spun it and wasn't going at all quick lol going to 'down-grade' to medium and see the difference

right my fellow membrinos...got a little poll open as looking to do 1 of the final 3 mods left on my list

got a choice of either getting the Milltek cat-back or going for the Jamex extreme coilover kit. both cost roughly the same for me but unsure which to go for first

your assistance will be appreciated
