No boot light? Here's my bodged solution...

Think the boot lights must have came on the later cupra's. Are glove box lights an optional extra or sumthin? lol I've got a mag light in the door so I can find stuff.

Just checked again when I was out in the car this morning: no boot light, no glovebox light, no centre sunvisor...

Oh well, stripped for speed I like to think of it

You'd have thought even if your car doesn't have a Boot light, there would be a recess in the side Trim in the boot, so one could be fitted?

For the record, no boot light or glovebox light here, in my TDi - but do have the central visor.

Like the idea of fitting this Light unit into the boot, nice one.

Perhaps kill 2 birds with one stone and get a decent ICE install fitted into the boot that INCLUDES neons/lights too!

me too. 06 plate.
they stopped putting 8 speakers in as well at some point. only 6 now, but still has 8 speaker grilles!! madness.

Mine has no light, and it's really annoying trying to fish around for stuff.

I keep meaning to get a couple of these:

good idea with the touch lights in the boot! looks good and oem!

think i can live without a boot light tho centre visor is useless and the glovebox light wouldnt be anyuse for me as only c.d case is in there

dont bother with the glove box, just make it a i.c.e box by wacking in a cd changer or ps2 in it!!!

slightly off topic but does anyone know if they do a lockable glove box??
