No brake lights

i went to change one of my brake lights today and now none of them work other then the strip light on my spoiler! can anyone help.

and yes thay are the correct bulb

so to clarify, you have changed the bulbs only, and not the actual light units?

do the rear lights work (other than brake).

have you tried the old bulbs? are the new ones ok? - why have you changed them?

have you checked fuses?

thanx for the reply have sorted it now. i brought the wrong bulbs, bloody halfords sold me a single bulb and the one i needed was the tail light and brake in one! i.e when you brake it makes the tail light brighter!
