Just a quick question, im picking up my 210 LCR later on today, my mate has one of the new turbo Cooper S's.

Anyone had any run ins with these? Feels quite fast from inside but I feel the Cupra should edge it?

In a straight line the LCR should have the edge over it, reasonably comfortably too. My missus has the previous Cooper S (the supercharged one, 170bhp) and my REVO'd Leon Cupra eats it up no problem from the lights.

Round the corners you'll be 'blown into the weeds' however. The cornering ability is simply staggering.

leon, turbo Cooper S's are poo pie, and keep blowing gearboxes and engines, that'll teach BMW to use French parts
