i dont know if any1 has posted this already but i put my double pod on today made by nomad racing and the fit is shite to say the least! it just doesnt fit at all! its about an inch to short by the door and where the other bit of trim meets it above the door it doesnt sit together it like the new bit is too short!

has any1 else noticed this same problem or have i just got a dodgy 1? after paying about £85 for a bit of plastic i would expect to get something that fits fairly well, after all people always so you get what u pay for and if you ask me that aint cheap!

any help would be great!

Yep, its total tripe. Nothing you can do about the bottom bit, you wouldnt notice anyway.

A dremel will sort out the grab handle bit, wait until it fits correctly but then rattles all the time.

Have you spoken to Nomad?
Perhaps talking to the supplier first might help you get the issues sorted, rather than complain on here as they will be less likely to help you.

my leon one is fine - good fitment and perfect match to the other trim.
Ok so I had problems with the velcro but Nomad promptly shipped me some more and the problem was solved. :)

I only have a problem with a little rattle and a 2inch piece of folded cardboard hidden behind the pod at the bottom stopped this.

Think it fits ok though

I had no probs with mine, takes some time to get it fitted right! Rattles a little, but i'll sort that out, when i get some velcro strips. Hope you get it sorted mate.

mine doesnt fit 100% but its ok, colour match is good, but there is that little bit at the bottom by the dash that is visible. and its a little ruff around the pod. i know what you mean tho, for 60+ quid its not that hot but its the only one on the market!

heres the quality of mine: IMO not worth 40 quid never mind 80.

Screwholes in the wrong place so they wont go all the way in, Gap by driver door, its too think there also so the foam pad stops it rattling. Where it joins the roof lining cover, it is too deep and so it will not sit properly. And the shoddy pattern near the handle screws/poor finish on the pods themselves.

hey i just sold mine as not reeally happy with it. If i was Nomad i would just buy or source genuine SEAT pillars then mount the pod to that.

I just took mine off as not happy with it, and just sold it on ebay for £50 so happy all the same.

Oh no don't like the sound of this, I was going to buy one of these pillars at the end of the month because I have just brought a boost gauge, having second thoughts now. What are the other options? Not going to pay £80 for a product that does not fit properly and rattles etc thats shocking.
