The one gap, is between the dash and the door, and you cant see it with the door closed, and as for the top section, with a little adjustment mine fits nicely, and the rattle can be sorted.
IMO good piece of kit, and the only one that looks standard, which is what i wanted.

I'm about to buy one of these two as got my two gauges now. I know the quality isn't that great, from what I've read maybe there has ben different batches, as some seem good, and others iffy...

Still, not much choice if you want the OEM look, which is what I do...

i ouldnt mind it if id paid 30-40 quid for it, but the fact you've paid 80 quid plus postage, for a piece of crap fibre glass. I'm tempted to buy two of those cheap ones, modify them and paint accordingly

after seeing thouse pics of the shite piller pod i WONT be getting one, as i was thinking of getting one, not now, think ill go for the Defi boost guage and just mount it on the far back right of the dash i saw one at a meet and it looked sooooooo sweet i want 1 ,only prob is the price tag but its worth it :)

thumbs down to nomad for a poor quality product

u can get double pod ones on tht site mate, as for not looking oem, maybe not but still tiday and match teh dash so i dont think they are tht bad for the money!

mine is the same as the pics on the 1st page! i aint bothered bout the bit buy the door its the bit where it meets the other bit of trim above ur head that has pissed me off!

Apart from the crappy brackets that screw in to the dash, has anyone got any other decent ways of mounting their gauges?

I cant afford to spend 70 squid on a Nomad. I've seen the DCP-Shop one which looks ok.

Anything else out there?

The fit is **** out of the box, but 5 mins with a file and it will be sorted. Theres not much else that looks as stock as the nomad pods.

You certainly wont get any better DIY.

you could buy the Cupra R centre guage holder, 8 quid from a dealer

Here pics of mine, as Jonzy said, a few minutes with a file, and it fits. All you need to do is, file the section where the screws for the grab handles go! A little bit of fitting, and refitting and it sorted!
