Not running right after dpf removal and remap

After weeks of messing about and speaking with Ecu flash, to try get my car sorted. they said there engineer had a new map that would fix the problem, so I drove back through to Doncaster an hour and a half drive for me, and arrived at his house. And the guy came out plugged my car in and mapped it again and said it had a new remap on it and would run fine, so I took it for a quick spin and felt standard again so took it back and he told me he had put it back to standard! (but he was willing to let me drive off thinking it was fixed
). So after that I started asking why I should've payed for a map that doesn't work, and he blamed my car saying my valve clearances must be wrong and that's why it's not running right, i didnt think that could be the problem, but im not a machanic. so explained if it ran good before then it has to be something hes done then he turned round and said the company Ecu flash has remapped over 2000 seat Leon's!!!! To which i replied "we'll that's a lie because I've asked on a seat forum and no ones heard of you" and the bloke just stormed off into his house. Then after waiting for 5 minutes a Volkswagen caddy turned up with another guy with an Ecu flash tshirt on and he came over and explained that the other guy was busy so he had been sent, but he sat in my car and put his computer on but I told him to wait because at this point I didn't want them doing anything to my car, And asked him about getting a refund while my car was back to standard. So he rang up his boss and got off the phone came back to my car and pressed a button on computer like they did to remap it and just said "my boss said we can't give you a refund, not at all" so I asked him what he just did with the computer and he started putting another map on my car! So now I've still got the same problem that it feels like I'm putting the throttle on and off just my cars a little slower and does it less viscous than before. Sorry for the massive post but I don't want anyone else getting the same treatment I did

When people ask us for advice on here with regards to DPF removal and we say pay cheap pay twice we mean it.

These cheap companies have no idea about mapping the Siemens PPD ECU.

I know I've learnt my lesson the hard way, think I'm going to fork out and get a remap from dark side development and hopefully that will get it running as it should.

I think this thread should forever be known as the thread that puts you off the company.
We should go sticky it to be honest, Even if it is your car thats at fault the customer service is ****.

I've been to Performance Torque 3 times and he always says if I'm not happy I can have my money back.
Wills remaps have always been flawless and afordable.

http://www.p-torque.co.uk/

I'm running an FR Stage 2, 221bhp or so his dyno states.
Obviously every dyno is different but its far more driveable now, I'd upload the graph if I wasn't in work but torque lasts till 4300rpm and then drops off.
Before it slowly tailed off at 2500rpm

Just need bigger brakes.
If I wasn't coming from the south I may have taken it to Darkside but my experiance with P-Torque has been so good I have no reason to.

Have to emphasise in Sedox's defence that they've been spot on with me. Every time. Every phone call. Every visit.

Granted I'm still waiting for the sodding stickers I asked for (and no longer want).

I'm being a total sheep and following what seems to be quite a crowd of unsatisfied customers.

All I know is that that many people can't be wrong, and I'm not going to push my luck by going back.
