Issue Description:
Some customers have reported receiving a "device not authorized" message when attempting to use their OBDeleven 3 device.
This issue stems from an error in the manufacturing process, resulting in the affected devices not being correctly registered in our database.
Current Status:
Please be assured that we are treating this matter with the utmost urgency.
Our engineering team has been notified and is actively working on rectifying this issue.
We are prioritizing a resolution and expect to have all affected devices fully operational within the next 2-3 working days.
What You Need To Do:
At the moment, there is no action required from your side. We will keep you updated with the latest developments and inform you once the fix has been implemented. Once resolved, your device will be automatically authorized and you should be able to use it without any further issues.
Wait a few days, you can also write to [email protected] and explain the case. They usually respond in 4 working days.
